At the beginning of each month (or every-other-month based on your desired frequency) we’ll send you a fitness subscription box. This way you don’t have to worry about running to the store or going online and sorting through the hundreds of the more expensive and inferior products – we make it more convenient and easier for you to get the products and results you want because we deliver it directly to your door in one convenient box.
How Does It Work?
Select your desired frequency, your gender, and your size. Once you’ve done this, go to the checkout page and enter your payment information. We’ll then pack and ship your box to your at the end of the month. You can expect to receive your box during the first week of the new month.
Performance Packs™ are shipped on the last business day of the month, within 30 days of the order being placed. Products from the store (with the exception of the Performance Pack) are shipped within 1-3 days using the following carriers: USPS. After shipping, most orders will arrive within 1-3 business days.
We are unable to offer returns of any items within the Performance Packs™. Our return policy for orders from our store (excluding the Performance Pack) is 30 days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you need to return an item, please email email@example.com.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are unable to offer refunds of any items within the Performance Packs™. For store orders, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 days.
We can only exchange Performance Pack™ items if they are defective, damaged, or an incorrect size was sent. Store items can be exchanged only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size, color, or design. If you require and exchange please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
